I totally agree about the importance of our feet! Besides different types of running shoes, there seems to be tons of other products available for foot and ankle problems. I have been having trouble with my right ankle, too, this summer, so I bought a pair of ankle wraps, plus a band to go around behind my right knee (should get a second one, too). Since we can't turn back the clock and have a teenager's body again, we have to invest in "support gadgets!" :) Good luck in your continued search for pain-free running!
