Brooks Dreams

I just surfed into this on the Brooks web site, and it is so cool, I just had to share. Brooks is a local company, and if you read the November issue of Runner’s World, you know about their efforts to make a more environmentally friendly running shoe. They are a class act, and now they are donating 5 cents to the Fred Hutchison Cancer Research Center (up to $25,000) for each view of this video from November 13 - December 21, so share the link, OK?

This one doesn’t raise money for charity, but it is still awesome! Listen carefully to the words ladies. The Diva closet is full of Brooks shoes & clothes.

    Cool! I gotta try on some Brooks running shoes! Definitely, I think I could use some new shoes before starting on half or full marathon training. I got brave this week and put in around 15 miles on the streets and trail (’though that includes everything–warm-up and cool-down walking and slow jogging). Six miles today! :)

    I love the portapotties in the first one. (I too would like water bottles on trees please.)

    In the second one, I love that she’s wearing “reasonable work shoes.”
